IndoGlobal LEI provides 100% digital delivery of Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) certificates. Since LEI is a digital identifier, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy outlines how and when you will receive your LEI certificate and related documentation.

📧 All LEI certificates and documents are delivered electronically via email and accessible through your secure Partner Portal account. No physical delivery or shipping charges apply.

1. Digital Delivery Method

1.1 How You Receive Your LEI

Upon successful issuance of your LEI certificate, you will receive:

  • Email Notification: Sent to the email address provided during registration
  • LEI Certificate (PDF): Official certificate with your 20-character LEI code
  • GLEIF Verification Letter: Confirmation of LEI registration
  • Portal Access: All documents available for download in your Partner Portal

2.1 Expedited Delivery

Need your LEI urgently? We offer expedited processing:

  • Express Processing: 1-2 business days (additional ₹2,000 or $30)
  • Same-Day Processing: Within 24 hours (additional ₹5,000 or $75) - subject to document readiness

Note: Expedited delivery is subject to completeness of documents and availability of registry verification services.

3. LEI Renewal Delivery

For LEI renewals, the delivery timeline is faster:

  • Standard Renewal: 1-2 business days
  • Auto-Renewal: Processed automatically 30 days before expiry
  • Renewal Certificate: Delivered via email with updated expiry date

Your original LEI code remains the same; only the validity period is extended.

4. LEI Transfer Delivery

When transferring your LEI from another provider to IndoGlobal LEI:

  • Transfer Approval: 3-5 business days (coordination between old and new LOU)
  • Updated Certificate: Delivered within 24 hours of transfer completion
  • GLEIF Update: Managing LOU information updated on global database

5. Delivery Confirmation

How to Confirm Delivery:

  1. Check Email: Look for email from noreply@indogloballei.com (also check spam/junk folder)
  2. Log into Partner Portal: Access Partner Portal → My Applications → View Certificate
  3. Verify on GLEIF: Search your LEI on GLEIF Global LEI Index
  4. SMS Notification: You'll also receive an SMS alert (if phone number provided)

6. Non-Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your LEI certificate within the estimated timeline:

6.1 Check These First:

  • Email spam/junk folder (sometimes our emails are filtered)
  • Email whitelist noreply@indogloballei.com and support@indogloballei.com
  • Verify the email address you provided is correct
  • Check Partner Portal for status updates

6.2 Common Reasons for Delays:

  • Incomplete Documents: Missing or unclear documentation (you'll be notified)
  • Registry Verification Delays: Government registry systems may be temporarily unavailable
  • Additional Information Required: LOU may request clarification on certain details
  • Weekends/Holidays: Processing times don't include non-business days
  • High Volume: During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer

6.3 What to Do:

7. Redelivery / Resend Certificate

Lost your LEI certificate email or need it resent?

  • First Resend: Free of charge
  • Subsequent Resends: ₹200 ($3) administrative fee
  • Request Method: Email support@indogloballei.com with your LEI code or Application ID
  • Processing Time: Within 24 hours

Alternative: Download from Partner Portal anytime, free of charge

8. Physical Certificate (Optional)

While LEI is a digital identifier, we can provide a physical certificate upon request:

  • Format: Printed on premium certificate paper with embossed seal
  • Delivery Method: Courier (Speed Post, DHL, FedEx)
  • Cost: ₹1,500 (domestic India) / $50 (international)
  • Shipping Time:
    • Domestic (India): 3-5 business days
    • International: 7-14 business days
  • Tracking: Provided via email

9. Access to Historical Documents

All your LEI documents are permanently accessible through:

  • Partner Portal: Download anytime, even after expiry
  • Document Retention: We keep your records for 7 years minimum
  • Renewal Certificates: Each renewal generates a new certificate with updated expiry
  • Change Logs: History of all LEI data updates available in portal

11. Delivery During Holidays

Public Holidays: Applications submitted during Indian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Non-Business Days:

  • Saturdays: Limited processing (emergency requests only)
  • Sundays: No processing
  • Indian National Holidays: No processing
